Morris Springer an experienced professional in the area of Security Management. A veteran of more than 35 years in the field, he brings significant knowledge - both theoretical and practical - to the table. He is an expert in the fields of security management, crime and loss prevention, investigation and premises liability. Mr. Springer specializes in the anticipation, recognition and appraisal of crime risk on most commercial property. He consults with business owners, managers, insurance companies and financial institutions on how to develop a security plan to reduce crime risk.
As a former Police Officer, he has built up and maintained an extensive professional network across the region continuing relationships developed while in training and his career pursuits expanded into the areas of Law and Security Management. This network has allowed him to provide insightful counsel and guidance with respect to the myriad criminal networks and schemes that abound and that are propagated within the financial and retail services.
In this regard, he is an advocate of specialized training which will suite an organization’s peculiar requirements. Furthermore, he is passionate about the necessity to educate an organization's human resources to better fit them to face the myriad security threats that currently abound and constantly seek to upgrade his knowledge in order to assist in the very critical area of risk management and mitigation.
Mr. Springer understands the intricacies of security management. He has been personally been in the front lines helping employers and employees to avoid the pitfalls of criminals who are intent to cause collateral damage. Morris Springer has a Bachelor degree in History from the University of the West Indies Cave Hill Campus, a Master of Science degree in Security Management from the University of Leicester, Master of Arts degree in Security Management from the University of Loughborough and LLB from the University of Wolverhampton.
